Bulk Import Player Data

Import multiple player records at once using an Excel file

Step 1: Download Template

Download the Excel template file to get started. The template includes:

  • Pre-formatted columns (Server, Username, Alliance, HQ Level, Power)
  • Sample data to guide you
  • Built-in data validation to prevent errors

Step 2: Fill in Data

Open the downloaded template in Excel and fill in your player data:

  • Server: 1-500
  • Username: Player's in-game name
  • Alliance: Alliance tag (optional)
  • HQ Level: 1-50
  • Power: Current power level

You can add as many rows as needed. Empty rows will be skipped automatically.

Step 3: Upload Your File
Only .xlsx files are supported. Maximum recommended: 1000 rows.
Important Notes
  • If a player (Username + Server combination) already exists, only the alliance will be updated
  • A new record with the current timestamp will be created for each entry
  • Invalid rows will be skipped, and you'll see a summary of errors
  • All valid rows will be imported even if some rows have errors
  • The import process may take a few seconds for large files
